Hi Folks,

Well, spring will soon be here (not soon enough for me!) so it’s time to be thinking about all those wonderful places you would like visit this summer – and determine if you can afford to go icon smile Single Senior Travel   Save Money and Stay Safe! .

I have a lot of senior friends that are single. And I go on many senior trips where there are lots of singles. Singles really enjoy their trips and vacations but they do have to use different methods for planning and executing their travel than couples.

Tips For Senior Travel

Hi Folks,

Well, here it is, the beginning of February and (at my house) time to start planning our 2011 vacations and trips.

Janie and I always start planning our vacations early in the year so we can 1. determine how much money we can set aside for travel this year 2. determine what we would like to do and where we would like to go, given the amount of money we have budgeted 3. have plenty of time to research the best times to go and places to visit and lock in the best lodging and show values 4. work our schedule around all the other “nice weather” activities we enjoy.

Tips To Thwart Identity Thieves When traveling

Hi Folks,

Are you all set for your next road trip or quick get-away? Have you protected yourself against all the baddies out there that are intent on steeling your money and your identity? You should be.

I wonder just how many vacations are ruined each year by thieves preying on decent folks that are out having a good time.

Frugal Travel for Seniors

Hi Folks,

Well, it’s that time again - time to plan your trips to visit the kids, old friends, the beach, one of our wonderful national parks, or a great road trip. . . If you can afford it.

Sometimes the difference between taking a trip and having to stay home is watching the cost. Personally, I would much rather take a vacation where I have to watch what I spend than to have to stay home.
