How Seniors Can Improve Their Brain
Hey Senior, have you exercised your brain today?
Hi Folks,
You may have heard me say this before but I’ll say it again: Seniors, you must exercise your body and you must exercise your brain if you want to remain physically and mentally fit.
This has been proven so often and in so many ways that it is ridiculous to even think about question this fact. Yet I have friends that make every excuse they can think of to not exercise or learn new things. Then they complain about not feeling well and being sooo forgetful.

USE IT OR LOSE IT – KEEPING YOUR BRAIN STRONG
Hi there,
I just read a really great little article about preventing mental decline as we age. I wish I could print it here but the article, which appears in the fall issue of “Good Times”, a Coventry Health Care Magazine, is copyrighted so I’ll just summerize what the article says.
The article didn’t offer any breakthrough discoveries only encouragement and reinforcement of what we already know is the sure way to stay healthy as we age.
