Senior Gardening – Another Great Site For You to Visit

Hi Folks,

Well, have you started you spring garden? It’s real easy when you use raised beds and containers. And not only is it fun, it’s good for you. And oh the joy of harvesting your own vegetables, herbs and flowers!

A few days ago I told you about a great site for container gardeners,  http://containergardening.about.com/, and I have added the site URL to my favorites list over in the right column. Don’t forget to sign up for Kerry’s newsletter, delivered via email. It’s really good and it’s free.

Raised Bed Gardening for Seniors

Hi Folks,

I just received a nice comment from Avi (not a senior but a raised bed gardener icon smile Raised Bed Gardening for Seniors ), telling us about Kiwi Collars,  prebuilt raised bed gardens. It appears that Kiwi Collars are only available in retail stores in California but you can have them shipped to you.

You can check out their website at http://www.kiwicollars.us/ and Avi’s blog at www.altglobe.com/blog/aviad.

And raised bed and container gardens are just plain fun.

Enjoying the Benefits of Gardening

Hi Folks,
