Hi Folks,
Examining your home, health, life and auto insurance coverage periodically is a very good idea. Many of us have not read our policies or discussed our coverage with our insurance agents in years.

Self Defense Products For Seniors
Hi Folks,
It has been a while since we talked about self defense for seniors. So let’s revisit this topic again.
Every day you can read in your local paper about someone getting mugged and robbed and more times than not that person is a senior citizen.
Seniors are everwhere: biking, shopping, walking along trails, in parks, sidewalks, and parking lots. There are a lot more active seniors these days, out and about, visible for the baddies to see and target. And of course seniors are perceived as easy targets.

Tips for a Healthy Retirement
Hi Folks,
One of the foundation stones for a happy retirement is good health. And, as we all know, this means getting regular exercise, adeqauate rest, and eating right.
As we age our bodies do not process certain foods as well as they once did. Meaning we need to cut back on some foods which were once important to our good health and increase our intake of other foods that contain nutrients that we need more of.

Hi Folks,
Boy do I have a great article for you today! It’s about clutter.

However I rarely equate clutter with non-physical things. Mental clutter, if you will. But truth be known our non-physical clutter may be worse than our physical clutter. Let’s see what you think.

The 4% Retirement Withdrawal Rule
Hi Folks,
When I was in my early 60s I began considering retirement. I invested in some very good retirement planning books and began searching the Internet for all the information about retirement I could find.
One piece of advice I consistently ran across was this: never withdraw more than 4% of your retirement savings in any one year. I calculated what 4% of my retirement savings would be and learned that I simply did not have enough to retire on.
