WANT TO SAVE MONEY? THEN I HAVE A SITE FOR YOU
Hello,
Well, after an absence of a few days, I’m back. I really haven’t been goofing off, I’ve just been involved in some other projects. I am always involved in more projects and activities than I can possibly do. But it is so much fun.
Most of my retired friends have the same busy life style as I and some are even busier. I do have some friends that are in pretty good health but not involved in anything but themselves. But I won’t go there!

KEEPING YOUR MIND STRONG
KEEPING YOUR MIND STRONG AS YOU AGE
Of all the subjects I have talked about in this blog, the two most read are “11 Ways to Live to 100“ and “Use It or Lose it – Keeping Your Brain Strong”. So it would seem that most of us would like to live long lives if we can keep our minds healthy. That makes sense.
Today, I’m sharing an article written by Jeffrey Robertson (read about Mr. Robertson at the end of his article) that talks about calisthenics for the mind with some suggested activities. This is good information. Read and apply.
GET OUT THERE,

EXERCISE FOR SENIORS – oh yes you do need it. :-)
Good Morning,
In a few minutes I am going to have to get off my duff and go exercise.
I hate exercise! I always have and probably always will. However, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning I get out and go down to my church gym and exercise with friends. I am not very knowledgeable about exercise but I know it’s good for me and a very important part of my life.
The National Institute on Aging at the National Institutes of Health report “For the most part, when older people lose their ability to do things on their own, it doesn’t happen just because they have aged. More likely, it is because they have become inactive. Older inactive adults lose ground in four areas that are important for staying healthy and independent: endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility.”
